You can check the status of your order in the following ways:

  1. Account login: Click the Account link on our website, enter your email address and password, and click the login button. You will then be able to view a list of all your orders with us.

  2. Online message: Leave an online message with the order number. The prompted answer will be replied to within 24 hours.

  3. Email: Email us with the order number. One of our customer service representatives will reply to you within 24 hours.

Please refer to the Status column of the order. While your order is in process, its status in this column will be “Processing”. This means that the items are still under processing and will be shipped out soon. Once your order has shipped, its status will be “Shipped”. A shipment notification with a tracking number was also emailed to your email box which you entered when the order was placed.

If you have not received your order within 15 days of its shipment date, please contact Customer Service immediately.
